Business Advisory Senior Manager

VanRath is seeking a highly skilled Business Advisory Senior Manager to lead assignments in both the public and private sectors. This role involves working with local development agencies, councils, government departments, and various businesses across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Public Sector Assignments:
    • Develop and implement Outline Business Cases (OBCs) and Post Project Evaluations (PPEs) to drive business growth and strategy planning.
  • Private Sector Assignments:
    • Design and deliver business cases and financial projections for clients, including funding solutions and financial models.
    • Lead management consultancy assignments to drive business growth, strategy planning, and succession planning.
  • Consulting and Advisory:
    • Mentor client businesses to improve outputs, set KPIs, and foster growth and efficiency.
    • Support Directors and Partners with project management and business development.
    Requirements:
    • Undergraduate degree in any subject (2:1 classification preferred).
    • Ability to overcome challenges and maintain strong business relationships.
