Chef Culinaire

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients in the business and industry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes as needed
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and ensuring efficient use of resources
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
