About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alloy Wheel Repair Technician to join our team at Stephen James Group. As a key member of our refurbishment team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs to alloy wheels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair scratches, scuffs, and dents on alloy wheels of various makes and models.
  • Spray paint and powder-coat all types of alloy wheels.
  • Refurbish alloy wheels using advanced techniques, including aqua blasting, sand blasting, and chemical paint stripping.
  • Work efficiently within agreed workshop timeframes to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience as a SMART/Alloy Repair Technician or in a similar Bodyshop environment.
  • Proven ability to work to a high standard and exceed customer expectations.
  • Physical and manual dexterity to undertake detailed repair work.
  • A valid, clean UK Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
