About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team at Arch Capital Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs that align with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Security Risk Assessment

You will facilitate risk assessments, identify acceptable levels of residual risk, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.

IT Compliance and Governance

Our ideal candidate will ensure adherence to IT aspects of data retention policies, provide subject matter expertise on architecture and design, and lead vulnerability management activities.

Cybersecurity Incident Response

You will serve as the primary liaison between our corporate information security team and Arch Europe for all IT security matters, facilitating incident response planning and execution.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security role is required, along with certifications in ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and other relevant standards.

Skills and Competencies

Our ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with security tools, knowledge of modern disaster recovery and business continuity management concepts, and excellent project management and interpersonal skills.

Education

A degree in a related field is preferred, and Microsoft Azure security experience is a plus.
