At Slater Hogg & Howison, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic residential sales team in Paisley. As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out viewings for our sales properties, identifying new opportunities to enhance our customers' experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, ensuring our sales strategies remain effective.
  • Contribute to the development of new business initiatives, enhancing our market presence and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the estate agency sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
