Exciting Opportunity: Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Lettings team at Slater Hogg & Howison. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in our well-established estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lettings Negotiator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating valuations and conducting viewings to showcase properties to potential clients
  • Negotiating agreements and progressing lets to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a property-related field
  • A proven track record in a target-driven environment, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Resilient, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • IT proficiency, with experience using property-related software and systems
  • A UK driving license and own vehicle, to support your work
