Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Payments Specialist to join our Financial Regulation and Payments team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert regulatory advice on payments services to clients across the technology, retail, and banking sectors.
  • Work closely with our corporate and commercial colleagues to advise on payment systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments in payments and financial services.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of PQE in a Financial Regulatory team.
  • Strong knowledge of payment services and e-money businesses.
  • Experience in advising clients on payment systems and infrastructure.
  • Ability to draft regulatory provisions and commercial contracts.
