Chef de Partie Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our kitchen team as Chef de Partie. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients. They will work closely with our experienced chefs to develop their skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our restaurants.

The role includes:
An estimated salary of £14.25 per hour*

About the Role
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, working closely with our experienced chefs to develop their skills and knowledge, and contributing to the success of our restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking with fresh and seasonal ingredients, be able to learn classical French cooking techniques, and have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen.

Our collection has 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms and more coming. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next few years.
