About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing advanced thermal and fluid systems, providing analysis and calculation support, and contributing to an internal centre of excellence for analysis and calculation methodology. Key responsibilities include analyzing and calculating support for Cooling Water Island Systems, generating static and transient flow and thermal analyses using various software tools, system design and integration, producing, reviewing, and updating system documentation, performing analysis to define system control philosophy, sizing of components, conducting thermal-hydraulic calculations and modeling, and formulating equipment specifications.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2:1 BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, relevant senior engineering experience in sectors like offshore, renewables, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries, solid background in mechanical and structural engineering, proficiency with CAD software, strong mathematical skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes. A Master's degree is a plus.
