Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant - Morning Driver to join our team. As a Care Assistant - Morning Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in their daily lives, providing personal care, medication management, and other essential services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
- Perform light domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Prepare meals and snacks for customers.
- Assist with shopping and other errands.
- Provide companionship and social support to customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
- No experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training, free of charge.
- Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy and a caring and compassionate nature.
- A valid full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
