We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician to work on commercial properties in North East, with occasional travel to Cumbria and North Yorkshire.

  • Perform installation, repair, and testing of electrical systems
  • Carry out inspections and reactive maintenance works
  • Conduct fire alarm testing and fault finding
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • City and Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 (Electrical Installations) or equivalent
  • City and Guilds 2382-10 (18th Edition I.E.E wiring Regulations or equivalent)
  • AM2 qualification
  • Experience in testing and inspection, reactive maintenance, and installation
  • Fire Alarm testing experience
  • Fault finding skills
  • Excellent communication skills for working with the general public
  • A full driving licence
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
