Data Input Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Input Administrator to join our team at Ipsum. As a key member of our MOD Operations department, you will provide critical support to our operations team and work closely with managers to ensure seamless business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- General administration duties for the MOD Operations division, including processing supplier purchase orders and receipt notes.
- Monitoring internal and client CAFM systems to ensure work orders are accurately created, assigned, and prioritized.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business efficiency and continuity.
- Verification of engineers and supply chain time sheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assistance with compiling and updating live technical asset registers.
- Processing client completion certificates and other sales-related documentation.
- Developing and maintaining documentation and process requirements.
- Handling incoming calls and answering client queries.
- Running regular reports to highlight SLA and contract compliance issues.
- Accurate data entry to maintain internal databases.
- Drafting, editing, and formatting formal documentation.
- General assistance to project managers.
- Chasing outstanding quotations as per quotation registration.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong administration background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You should be a technically strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office packages, with experience in managing and prioritizing varying workloads. A knowledge of commercial principles and basic finance knowledge is also essential.
