We are seeking a seasoned professional in the field of lettings to drive business success, lead a team, and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to align sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting company standards.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries and provide excellent customer service via face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Role-Specific Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or a related field.

  • Previous people management experience is desirable but not essential.
