Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team at Caerleon Comprehensive School in Newport, Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring the site is secure and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the school
  • Reporting any defects or issues to the Area Supervisor
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a cleaning or janitorial role
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with members of the public and clients
