Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' people, property, and information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to security.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the situation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and law enforcement agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
