Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and protection of customers' people, property, and information at all times.
- Deliver a smooth and seamless execution of security services throughout the premises.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with our STARS team to provide a comprehensive and discreet security service.
- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of safety-related work experience in property/facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
