Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and representing the company at networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue: Convert enquiries into sales and upsell events to increase revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships from initial enquiry to post-event liaison.
  • Represent the Company: Attend networking events and host FAM trips to promote the venue.
  • Sales Targeting: Proactively target new and lapsed data to grow revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work with agencies to manage third-party and marketing platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in event sales from a unique venue.
  • Target Driven: Experience working towards targets and generating new income.
  • CRM/Booking System: Confident in using a CRM/booking system.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Team Player: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
