Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our Back of House team. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food products to our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion meat products to our brand standards.
- Monitor food levels within the kitchen and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards at all times.
- Wear the appropriate uniform and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Clean equipment thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to our standards.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks and work as part of a team.
- Demonstrate an understanding of our menu products, including ingredients, methods, and build.
- Follow our cleaning and storage standards, including helping with pot wash and maintaining a clean-as-you-go attitude.
- Fulfill daily paperwork in line with our standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to achieve high guest satisfaction by producing quality products in a timely manner.
- Ability to work to brand standards for food and operations with a focus on the guest experience.
- Effective communication skills to work with other team members.
- Ability to support the development of other team members through training and coaching.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
