We require team members for our back of house who have what it takes to grow with us and share in our success. You will support the restaurant management team and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality and guest care and service. As a team member You will work to brand standards, within a team, and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.

We have a theatre kitchen and our guests can watch their dishes being cooked and prepared. The environment is fast paced and requires quick thinking and the ability to work well and enjoy being under pressure.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be given

Here is what you need as a back of house Team Member:

- Keep all kitchen areas clean and tidy as a team member
- Cut meat for the products as per order using an electric shaver minimising waste
- Build products such as kebabs, wraps, boxes and burgers as per spec and brand standard
- Has the ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude
- Adapts to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu as a chef or meat cutter
- Be able to follow instructions to achieve brand standards
- Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen

- Welcome new team members.
- Help all the team members achieve and maintain the appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional products and guest service
- Demonstrate consistent operational standards and procedures that positively impact the store's overall operations. Key skills and knowledge
- Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels within the kitchen
- Work to Food Safety standards at all times as a kebab chef or meat cutter
- Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards while preparing food.
- Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to GDK guideline
