About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer a clinical placement opportunity for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) who are looking to return to practice. Our trust is committed to supporting AHPs in regaining their clinical skills and confidence, and we believe that this placement will provide a valuable experience for those looking to return to the profession.
Key Responsibilities
As an AHP on this placement, you will be involved in delivering clinical/therapeutic care with a patient group/caseload. You may be required to drive across the county if you choose a community setting, as well as provide telephone or virtual calls to patients. You will also be supporting the multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to patients.
Requirements
To be eligible for this placement, you will need to have a diploma or degree in a recognised AHP profession and previous HCPC registration. You will also need to have no HCPC sanctions. Previous experience working in a clinical setting is also essential.
What We Offer
We offer a range of flexible clinical placements, enabling you to complete the required practice hours in various AHP professions. Our placements are via an honorary contract (unpaid) and various hours are available (full time, part time, flexible working). We also provide our staff with direct access to a wealth of resources to support their wellbeing, from our Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, to wellbeing festivals or access to free online exercise classes.

We are community hospitals, neighbourhood teams and community nursing services across Worcestershire and the provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services across both Herefordshire and Worcestershire. We work in partnership with other organisations to keep our community well at home for as long as possible.
