About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Future. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making across our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive reporting, analytical insights, and decision support to our Go.Compare business. You will work closely with strategic decision-makers to explore commercial opportunities and deliver high-impact projects with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed domain knowledge to inform business decisions
  • Design and deliver insightful and user-friendly reports and analyses
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Lead and manage small teams or provide leadership support to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £48,000 - £70,000, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and growth.

This is a hybrid role, working three days from our Cardiff or Bath office, and two days from home.
