About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our Data & Business Intelligence team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our business intelligence strategy and driving impactful business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our BI strategy for the B2B division, ensuring alignment with our goals and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement data solutions, leveraging your expertise in SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders, supporting informed strategic decisions.
  • Lead a small team, supporting and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage complex data challenges, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a BI Manager or similar lead analytic role, preferably in a media or marketing environment.
  • Line management experience, with a track record of supporting and coaching team members.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mature project management experience, promoting effective collaboration across the business.
  • Proficient with big data warehouses, e.g. BigQuery or Snowflake, and BI reporting tools, e.g. Looker / Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £48,000 - £65,000.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with three days from our Bath office and two days from home.
