Job Title: Asset Management Inspector

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asset Management Inspector to join our team at Housing Quality Network. As a key member of our Repairs team, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and identifying necessary repairs across our housing stock, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and mitigating potential risks in the social housing sector.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Asset Management Inspector, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer care and valuing diversity
  • Working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Applying working knowledge of building construction, best practice, and regulations
  • Understanding current forms of building contract and implementation
  • Managing technical expertise to understand complex issues in construction, engineering, and maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with the Construction Design Management Regulations and internal/external CDM resources
  • Understanding leasehold service charging, including consultation requirements for qualifying works (S20)
  • Assessing hazards using the Housing, Health & Safety Rating Guidance (HHSRS Guidance for landlord and property related professionals)

A full driving license is essential for this role.
