  • Implement best practices and frameworks that enhance collaboration, code quality, and overall product delivery.
  • Innovate and improve, keeping updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
Requirements

Essential:

  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years' experience in the agile development of a complex scientific or engineering product in a professional, regulated environment.
  • Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide product decisions and measure impact.
  • Ability to prioritize, synthesize, and structure complex information in a simple manner, and extract the most important insights.
  • Deep understanding of identifying and shaping stakeholder needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques with a focus on digital tools.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion, effectively managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

Desirable:

  • Experienced in leading change management initiatives, successfully guiding teams through transitions in tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning, including familiarity with AI/ML technologies and data management standards.
  • Experience managing AWS cloud-based ML platform architectures and FAIR data processes.
  • Strong curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they address requirements.
Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
  • Generous holiday allowance and flexible working arrangements.
  • Access to learning and development opportunities.
  • Comprehensive private health insurance, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Employee assistance program for mental health and wellbeing.
  • Pension and life cover.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
