This role offers the opportunity to develop a range of skills in rigging and event coordination with The NEC Group.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will join our team at the National Exhibition Centre, where they will be responsible for assisting with the setup and operation of events, including conferences, exhibitions, and concerts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of event logistics, including load-in and load-out procedures
  • Work closely with event managers and technical teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols
Requirements
  • A keen interest in the live events industry and an aptitude for learning
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with an ability to adhere to high standards in a stressful and pressurised environment
  • A full clean driving licence is essential
