Job Title: Airport Asset Management Specialist

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered for this challenging position at Avolon M&E.

This opportunity arises due to the company's requirement for an experienced professional to support the delivery of a nuclear project in Sizewell, Suffolk.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing construction operations, including phasing and contingency planning, testing, and handover. They should possess strong leadership and management skills, with a collaborative leadership style.

Key qualifications include substantial experience within H&S Management, knowledge of current HSE and CDM legislation, proficiency in H&S Management systems, and ability to clearly communicate safe system requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of services disciplines associated with the role, experience in managing a wide range of construction operations, and highly numerate with strong commercial awareness and good technical knowledge.

In addition, they should be able to provide expert technical knowledge to support work winning and have strong decision-making ability, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Beyond these essential skills, the successful candidate will also possess knowledge and experience of links between design teams and operational delivery.
