Job Description
\PACE Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Project Manager to work with a growing construction company in Lymington. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing high-end residential projects from £100k to £3m.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the Management team to identify new project opportunities.
\A competitive salary of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this role.
\Duties:

- Liaising with clients and sources of potential projects\
- Developing and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors\
- Reviewing estimation data for improved short and long-term strategies\
- Working closely with the Management team to seek out new project possibilities\
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives\
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners\
