- Proven ability to successfully prioritise own complex workload and that of the team to ensure KPIs are met.
- Ability to apply regulations on review of evidence and use rationale to identify best solutions.
- Strong team-working skills combined with the ability to work independently, including the willingness and ability to coach and support a team of Officers.
- Ability to present and summarise findings and analysis effectively with various stakeholders.
- Look for new and more efficient ways of working, remaining open to the way in which new technology can enhance individual and service performance.
