Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and handle customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective way.
  • Process customer transactions, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
  • Minimum 12 months administration experience.
  • Good technical insurance skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to process work quickly and efficiently.
