We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Parts Advisor to join our team at Bristol Street Motors Ford Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective parts sales and promotions.

Your daily duties will include:

  1. Responding to trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
  2. Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements.
  3. Utilizing all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets.
  4. Identifying and maximizing upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.
  5. Maintaining knowledge levels on new or updated parts through training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be familiar with our company's products and services.
