Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyse data to identify trends and insights
  • Create and present reports to stakeholders using MS Excel and other tools
  • Generate and review billing statements to ensure accuracy
  • Support contract renewal processes and respond to customer queries
  • Maintain organised records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in data analysis and working with MS Excel
  • Ability to work with sets of data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
