Job Overview

Are you a skilled and enthusiastic individual with a Psychology degree and experience working with people with mental health difficulties? We are seeking a 12-month fixed-term Assistant Psychologist to join our Salford Home-Based Treatment Team.

The team is a well-resourced, psychologically informed multidisciplinary team providing high-quality evidence-based care to acutely unwell service users. You will assist with a wide range of duties under the supervision of our Clinical Psychologist, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation of audits.

As part of our team, you will have access to high-quality supervision, training, and a network of supportive clinical psychologists/therapists working across various services. Informal visits and walk rounds are encouraged.

Main Duties of the Job

To work as part of the psychological service provision within the Salford Home-Based Treatment team, supporting the work of the qualified Clinical Psychologist under their supervision.
