Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, including reception duties, IT troubleshooting, and facilities management. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established client and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide ad-hoc reception cover during periods of annual leave and sickness
* Answer incoming calls to the main reception telephone number
* Open and distribute post, ensuring all outgoing mail is franked ready for collection
* Troubleshoot basic IT issues and assist staff with setting up internal conference equipment
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and replenish stock items as needed
* Assist with project work such as office tidy-ups and reviewing internal processes

Requirements
* High level of organization and flexibility
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to develop lasting productive relationships with colleagues
* Strong IT literacy and confidence in using software applications

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and a supportive work environment.
