Job Summary:

ASC Connections Ltd is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Technical Manager to support and lead the Moulding Production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the planning and organisation of the Class 8 cleanroom mould shop, which houses a range of high-tech machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 21 employees across day and night shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the moulding production process.
  • Develop and implement effective production planning and control systems to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of moulding production with other business functions.
  • Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for cleanroom assembly and moulding production.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in injection moulding and cleanroom assembly.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
