About the Role
This exciting opportunity exists for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at The Priory. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex mental health needs.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions to individuals, groups, and families affected by mental health issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience working with diverse client populations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using CBT and other evidence-based approaches
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families
- Participate in regular case reviews and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Post-graduate qualification and accreditation from a recognized professional institution
- Experience working in mental health settings, preferably with adults or adolescents
- Strong knowledge of CBT and other evidence-based therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
