We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Studio Assistant at Newwave International. This role will be based in our Leicester office and will provide support to our designers and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the distribution of incoming mail and parcels, as well as arranging outbound post, packages, and couriers.
- Respond to phone and email queries and forward to colleagues as required.
- Coordinate the meeting rooms diary, including client meetings and team reviews.
- Provide general facilities support, including calling and booking suppliers and supporting with office maintenance.
- Take and type up minutes in company or client meetings as required.
- Monitor and order stationery, office supplies, and other materials.
- Maintain a high level of tidiness, cleanliness, and appearance around the office.
- Assist the head designer with various duties as required.
- Perform general tasks and other activities to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
A fashion degree or qualifications are desirable but not essential. The successful candidate must be able to travel to our Leicester office and be available to work full-time or part-time.
