Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Brize Meadow Lodge in Carterton. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our property and providing exceptional support to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to understand their needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to address maintenance-related issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or related field, with a strong understanding of maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
