Technical Support Engineer Opportunity

Our client, a leading water technologies company, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering and commercial departments, you will provide technical support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide 2nd-level support for technology and support products, receiving and managing requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Support the creation of documentation related to service delivery activities, including work instructions and service delivery plans.
  • Technical Bulletins: Produce and share technical bulletins with relevant members and maintain a distribution record.
  • Technology Development: Collect and create new ideas for the use of cutting-edge technology to improve current and implement new service methods, digital tools, and approaches to learning.
  • Services Projects: Support and coordinate the preparation of documentation and materials needed to deliver services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with previous client-facing experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to be concise and thorough in documentation.
  • Punctuality and presentability, with extensive knowledge and experience of the company's products, applications, and markets.
  • Water chemistry expertise.
  • Experience and knowledge of water technologies, including Ion Exchange, Reverse Osmosis, and Continuous Electro-Deionisation.
