**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Risk and Compliance framework, policies, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement the Risk and Compliance framework, policies, and procedures
* Provide day-to-day Compliance advice and guidance to the business
* Undertake horizon scanning of the regulatory landscape, providing advice, training, and management updates as appropriate
* Manage a Risk and Compliance team of 10, ensuring its development in line with commercial growth and regulatory strategy

**Requirements:**

* Proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement, team management, and development
* Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills
* Happy working in a hands-on manner, with a willingness to take on the MLRO and DPO roles in the short to medium term
