Job Title: Engineering Manager – Configuration Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Configuration Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing configuration management and release activities for the Dreadnought program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain configuration management plans and processes
  • Lead the configuration management team and ensure delivery of products to internal and external customers
  • Work with stakeholders to identify configuration management and reporting requirements
  • Conduct configuration audits and ensure compliance with plans and processes
  • Lead the configuration management team and provide coaching and guidance

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a technology, engineering, or science related discipline
  • Registered as CEng or able to demonstrate eligibility and commitment to register
  • Member of a Professional Engineering Institute recognised by the Engineering Council

Desirable:

  • CM2 certified
  • Experience of configuration and release management in a regulated industry
