About the Role

We're looking for a Christmas Customer Advisor to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping us make this Christmas season a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store is always presentable and meets our high standards.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the store, including assisting with stock management and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Help to drive sales and achieve targets, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
