IT Sales Professional

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Experis Internal Talent. As a key member of our cross-border business, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth across the recruitment sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong sales background and experience in working with IT solutions / services. They will be expected to develop relationships with new clients, win and deliver new business, and promote our Cross-Border Solution across the wider marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new client pursuit plans to drive immediate returns and long-term profitable relationships
- Work with the team to develop bespoke client-specific solutions to create a differentiated value proposition
- Drive the cross-border solution's growth in high-value markets
- Ensure all sales activity and pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off in accordance with internal procedures
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the IT sector
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a systematic, structured way, planning and managing own time effectively
- Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategies
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the office in Central London
