{"h1": "Regional Manager - Scotland Region", "p": "As a Regional Manager with Kings Camps, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality experience across multiple camps in the Scotland region. This role involves traveling to each venue at least once a week, which may require overnight stays and flexible working hours. You will be the first point of contact for Site Managers in the region and will contribute to successful camps by troubleshooting, resolving staff issues, and providing advice on safeguarding, health and safety, and behavior management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Travel throughout the region to visit camps and provide support to Site Managers
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during camps
* Provide advice and guidance on safeguarding, health and safety, and behavior management
* Liaise with Site Managers daily or weekly to discuss camp progress and address any concerns
* Use well-proven program audit and staff evaluation processes to ensure high-quality camps

Requirements:

* At least 2 years' experience in sports coaching and working on children's activity holiday programs
* Passion for sport and child development
* UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Knowledge and experience of Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of management, supervision, observation, and feedback
* Organized and able to follow process and procedure
