We are seeking a talented Accounting Professional to join our team in Uxbridge. As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various reporting and analysis tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with excellent basic Excel skills and a small amount of Accounts experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about numbers and eager to learn and grow within the company.

The role involves working closely with the Management Accounting team to review forecasted performance against budgets, raise self-bill invoices and initiate client payments, and prepare weekly Client Reports and payments. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to assist with the setup of new sites, liaise with Management Accountants for revenue-based queries from Ops / Clients, and set up Revenue Reporting Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the setup of new sites
  2. Review forecasted performance against budgets
  3. Raise self-bill invoices and initiate client payments
  4. Prepare weekly Client Reports and payments
  5. Liaise with Management Accountants for revenue-based queries from Ops / Clients
