About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team at INSHUR. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a critical role in promoting business growth and enhancing value through the implementation of strategic pricing strategies across various motor business lines in the UK, European Union, and United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to drive pricing insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pricing and analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pricing and analytics, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through pricing initiatives
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Earnix
