Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our apprenticeship scheme and support the development of our engineering population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the apprenticeship scheme and supporting apprentices
  • Attending reviews with apprentices and education providers
  • Working with engineering managers to refresh and upskill their engineering populations
  • Supporting all areas of training and development across the business
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering engineering courses
  • Ability to coach and mentor apprentices
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Qualification in engineering or a related field
