Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the syndication of leveraged and infrastructure project finance transactions for sponsor-owned and corporate clients, including private equity-owned and sub-investment grade corporate clients.
  • Contribute to the underwriting decision-making process for bridged transactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive underwriting committee memos.
  • Collaborate in the pricing and structuring of transactions.
  • Develop syndication and market-related materials for pitches with our partners.
  • Support the syndication and sell-down process in alignment with internal partners (LF, I&PF, and Sales).
  • Analyze market data to inform client interactions and underwriting decisions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior team members and other stakeholders (LF, I&PF, Credit, Sales, CAM, CIDT, Coverage).
  • Manage the investor database.
  • Oversee high-yield weekly marketing efforts and other initiatives.
  • Assist senior colleagues in pricing bonds and leveraged loans for issuers.

Required Skills:

  • Corporate credit analysis
