Job Description

This Behaviour Change caseworker position involves working with adult perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change, deliver group-based programs and 1-2-1 support, and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with perpetrators, victims, and stakeholders
  • Conduct assessments and deliver interventions to promote behaviour change
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure integrated service delivery

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals affected by domestic abuse.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive rewards and benefits package including flexible working options, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
