About the Role
As a skilled maintenance professional with Mears, you will be supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties. You will work from job to job, on your planned route, completing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks. To excel in this role, you will need previous experience and a positive attitude, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key.
Key Requirements:
- A trade qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience in multiple trades such as joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating and external works such as fencing, building and bricklaying.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- You will be a great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
