We are seeking a talented Architectural Practice Director to lead our Cambridge office. As a seasoned leader in architecture, you will drive business growth, develop client relationships, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development, with experience of working at an Associate Director, Director, or Partner level. You will be able to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff members

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus profit share and comprehensive benefits.
